Mr. Mohamed Abdirahman Hassan

He is currently the Board Chairman of National Bank.

He has over 21 years' experience in the international and regional capital markets. He is a former Joint Managing Director and CEO of Dyer and Blair Investment Bank and Chairman of Kenya National Trading Corporation.

He is a member of the Board of Trustees, Northern Kenya Education Trust, and a former Director of the

Kenya Community Development Foundation, and NEPAD Kenya National Steering Committee.

He is a member of the Board of Trustees, University of Embu Endowment Fund.
